1 Definitions and Applicability

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the bh999 baji website, mobile application and all associated digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered or is attempting to register an account on this platform. "Services" refers to betting, casino games, live casino, slots and all other entertainment categories.

These Terms apply equally to all users, whether they are new members or long-standing ones. By accessing the platform, the most recently published Terms are considered accepted.

1.1 Order of Precedence

Each user may hold only one account. It is strictly prohibited for the same person to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, bank account or mobile banking account. If such accounts are identified, they may be closed without prior notice and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account creation must be truthful, accurate and up to date. Registering with false information risks account cancellation and may result in loss of the right to withdraw deposited funds. If any information changes, update it promptly through customer support.

3 Account Security and Verification

Users are required to keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential. This information should not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.1 KYC Verification

bh999 baji may at any time request a government-issued identity document (national ID card, passport) and proof of address to confirm identity. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the verification process is completed.

3.2 Password Security

Use a strong password containing letters, numbers and special characters. Changing your password regularly is beneficial for security. If a password is lost for any reason, it can be recovered using the registered mobile number.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — this applies to all methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Large deposits may be restricted until account verification is complete.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank).

4.3 Legitimacy of Funds

Members must ensure that deposited funds come entirely from legitimate sources. In the case of any suspicious transaction, the authority reserves the right to verify relevant information and may place the transaction on hold if necessary.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bh999 baji offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each offer has specific terms that are detailed on that offer's page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus cannot under any circumstances be withdrawn as "free cash" — it only becomes withdrawable once wagering is complete.
• Each bonus may be claimed only once per account — attempting to claim bonuses by registering repeatedly is prohibited.
• The authority reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.

5.3 VIP Program

bh999 baji's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback is up to 0.3% at Bronze level, up to 0.7% at Silver level and up to 1.0% at Gold level. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. Moving to a higher level depends on active participation on the platform.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on bh999 baji are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial outcomes. Any attempt by a member to predetermine or strategically influence game results will be considered a rule violation.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Bets outside these limits are not permitted.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to network disconnection, server problems or any other technical fault, the result will be determined according to the game log at that point in time. 6.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet is generally returned to the balance, though specific game rules apply. For live betting, a bet cannot be changed once it has been confirmed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

3. Attempting to exploit the platform's software or algorithms strategically.
4. Accessing or attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
5. Attempting to complete the verification process using fake or false identity documents.
6. Using the platform as a vehicle for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
7. Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs and failing to report them.
8. Using abusive or threatening language towards other members or customer support staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Authority's Rights

bh999 baji may temporarily suspend any account during an investigation. The authority reserves the right to permanently close an account without prior notice in the event of a clear rule violation.

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

Any member wishing to close their account may submit a request through customer support. It is important to withdraw or clear the balance before closure, as retrieving funds from a closed account may cause complications.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (no login or transactions), the authority will send a notification and, if necessary, get in touch regarding account retention or closure.
